performed with out any additional payment;
Property inspections are done once in every month. After every inspection, a
report is prepared and kept for future reference.
The inspection visit includes the following
 Visual inspection
of the exterior & interior. Photos are sent via email up on request.
The airing of all
rooms.
Checks on
electrical appliances.
Checks on white
goods, furniture.
Security control.
Financial commitments such as electric and water bills, communal charges will
be dealt by us on your behalf.
