The management company lets the apartments all year round. Buyers receive annually 10% of the sales price, for 10 years. So buyers will be paid 11,000 TL (aprx.  5,600 EUR / 4,600 GBP) annually.

 

Your investment is paid back already in 10 years. Payments are made yearly. Meanwhile owners can use their property for 4 weeks during a year except high season (1 June to 30 September).

 

10% rental income is net amount, there are no management fees or any other hidden costs.
