Concept of the Development
The project was designed to replicate the silhouette of  a Seahorse (you can see this very clearly from the general plan)
A Seahorse figure will be used on the main entry doors of the apartments (a white frame with  Sea Blue  on the wood, a Seahorse figure, steel door with chrome accesories)

Sun
The development is located directly  in the path of the sun, as it travels from east to west across the land. With this intelligent design the sun rays rising from the east in the morning pass through the apartments and in the evening as the sun sets in the west.

Location of the Buildings  and Apartments
From the  lounge of every apartment  you can see the pool, sun and terraces  - directly in front  of the building.
The apartments were placed like a Stadium, so every apartment can see the pool and social activity areas.
Terraces are not closed within a concrete body, they are open directly to the sun.
The blocks have been planned like an amphi-theatre as in Ephesus, or like the colosseum in Rome -  in the form of opposite bows to each other. The sun, the perspective and the horizon are not blocked by any other building.
The length of  each  block is approximately 50m. There are thoroughfares to apartments and car parks crossing the building in every 15m, so there is no need to turn around the whole of the building to reach the facilities at the back or front, or to reach to the apartments or car-parking areas.
Inner part of the floor is like a gallery. The height of the ceiling is 7-8m. The ceiling is as high as  in the churches  and in the form of  an arch  and highlighted with UPVC  framed turquoise windows. In the duplex apartment there is a unique gallery style balcony where you are able to look over your own lounge. The pool area can be seen even from the gallery because of the high ceiling.
