Technical details about the villas:
The villas are being constructed in reinforced concrete structure which has 30 MPa strength in C 25 concrete class. The villas are designed technical considering the insulation against heat loss and moisture. For the foundation insulation, a special tar mixed material were used to prevent the underground water get inside. For the outside of the plaster on the brick wall ,a chemical liquid and silicon mixed paint were used to prevent heat loss.In Addition the straphor panels were installed between the bricks to prevent heat loss. At the top of the circular living room,there is no concrete pad ,so that the insulation under the roof cover is designed to prevent the heat loss and rain water. On the terraces ,the tar mixed material which was used for foundation,was covered to prevent water. The outdoor of the villa was manufactured in steel structure for the safety.The windows are framed PVC and double-glassed to prevent heat loss and noise.
