The property is located at Davutlar - Love Beach, a walk of half a mile on the flat. The complex has a massive pool of 16x25 m and this is the only complex in the area offering a 6,5 months pool season. One family from the UK is living there permanently and doing the site management. There are 41 villas on the complex.

 

The floor plan: ground floor: living room with open fireplace, kitchen, WC, terraces around the house, outdoor shower. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, balconies. 2nd floor: one bedroom, bathroom, sun terrace.

The villa is fitted to a high standard, enjoys mountain views & is only a 10 minute walk to a sandy beach.

 

You can put queen size beds in 3 of the four bedrooms and one bunk bed in the small bedroom. There are two full bathrooms on the first and second floor, both with Hilton type sinks. At the entry and in one of the bedrooms are built in cupboards.

 

All villas are arranged in a circle around the pool  and this gives the impression of a little holiday village.

 

Distances: beach: 1/2 mile, main road (local transportation): 600 m, shops for the daily basics: 600 m, next town: 2 miles, pubs/restaurants/disco and entertainment: 1,5 miles. The nearest airport is Izmir.
