A furnished apartment on small resort in Bodrum-Gumusluk

The apartment is on the 1st floor on a small resort of 16 apartments sharing a big swimming pool. There is an on-site caretaker all year round, and a pool bar which will be opened.
The apartment 75 sq m with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the level of the reception, and the kitchen, lounge with open fireplace and balcony on a slightly lower level with a couple of steps leading down. From the balcony you have a sea view, also the countryside and windmill views are very nice.
The construction has cavity walls (thermic insulation). The windows are tilt-and-turn PVC double glazed and have mosquito nets. Wireless internet is on site.
