Construction is done in 2 phases:

1st phase:

The area where this complex is being built - Gulluk - is in 12 minute driving distance to the airport and 15 min. from the golf course. Bodrum centrum (the St. Tropez of Turkey) is only 30 minutes away. It is the right time now to invest in Gulluk - the prices are still low now but are expected to rise quickly. The planning of a Marina makes it even more interesting to invest in this village.
