Large, detached villa with sea views, near beach, on small gated resort

The villa is situated on a small complex of 7 houses only, on the side of the hill, facing south, overlooking Gundogan Bay. Swimming in the azure blue Aegean Sea is from one of Turkey's best Blue Flag beaches, which is less than a ten minute walk downhill. The pool is just a few steps away and there is a lovely garden to relax in. The shady patio with hanging vines is perfect for barbeques and long lunches. The accommodation is arranged over three floors. The cool tiles and travertine floors, and the double height ceiling in the lounge create a welcome retreat from the midday sun. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven/grill, large refrigerator etc. There is satellite TV, DVD and hifi in the lounge. The seating in the lounge and dining areas have been designed to cater comfortably for six, although there are beds for eight people. The villa is looked after by an on-site caretaker who is there to assist and make your stays as pleasant and relaxed as possible.

Layout:

Ground floor has a double bedroom with ensuite with corner bath, a bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with bunk beds and storage, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet. Laundry room. Doors to garden.

Middle level has entrance door to hallway, open plan kitchen area, living area and dining area. Patio door to balcony to front, another patio door to seating area looking out over pool, kitchen door to another shady patio.

Mezzanine level has a bedroom with double bed, dressing room with large built-in wardrobe, bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet.

Roof level has fridge, hand basin and storage, door out to flat roof with shower.

All the bedrooms are of a good size and are air-conditioned. There are also electric fans in each room. The downstairs bedrooms open directly onto the garden. One of these has an en-suite with a large corner bath and shower. The other two bedrooms share a large bathroom. The upstairs bedroom (above the living area) has its own private bathroom and dressing area. There is a gallery that looks down onto the living room below.
