The developer company is offering 4 payment options which we explain with an example of a price of 100.000 Euro:

(1) 20% = 20.000 Euro deposit, balance payable in 12 equal installments of 6.666 Euro each. The total price is 100.000 Euro. No interests.

(2) 20% = 20.000 Euro deposit, balance payable in 24 equal instalments of 3.750 Euro each. The total price is 110.000 Euro which means an annual interest rate of 5%.

(3) 30% = 30.000 Euro deposit, balance payable in 36 equal instalments of 2.500 Euro each. The total price is 120.000 Euro which means an annual interest rate of 6,66 %.

(4) 35% = 35.000 Euro deposit, balance payable in 48 equal instalments of 1.875 Euro each. The total price is 125.000 Euro which means an annual interest rate of 6.25 %.

You get the keys of your property in summer 2007 and use the house while paying the mortgage back.
