Finishings

Completion period
Each villa will be delivered with in 6 months following the sales agreement.
Location
The development is located in an up coming area, with new developments being built around. The biggest shopping center of Kusadasi (Kipa / Tesco) is located only 900 meters away from the development. Kusadasi town center is about 4 km away which is a couple of minutes ride with the frequently passing mini-busses (main road is 500 meters from the development).
     
Plans
Each villa has own private access roads. Site walls are finished with natural stones. Each villas is separated with combination of wall and green fences on top and plantation (ivy & evergreen trees) next to it for a natural look.
Floor plans
