The three bedroom six person, family Turkish holiday villa can be rented at a great price throughout the year.This Kusadasi villa rental is ideally located for access to all amenities. There is a mini market within 300 metres, a Turkish supermarket “Migros” at the bottom of the road and a huge “Kipa” supermarket (otherwise known as Tesco) and complex with shops a bar restaurants and cinema close by. Although amenities are close by the villa is also ideally located for a quiet peaceful relaxing Turkish holiday. |
On the ground floor you will find a large open plan lounge that connects to the kitchen via a breakfast bar and opens out onto the terrace through two 'french windows'. These provide access to the built-in BBQ and outside patio area. Also on the ground floor there is a small toilet with a wash basin.
The 1st floor of the villa has a master bedroom, another double bedroom and a twin room. The doubles both have balconies, leaving the twin room more suitable for young children. There is also a large shower room with a toilet and wash basin.
The bus service around Kusadasi is excellent and remarkably good value. From the main road (approximately 400 metres away) you can pick up a dolmus that will take you to various attractions including Ephesus, water-parks, various beaches, the cinema, a karting track, the supermarket, and Kusadasi centre which is approximately 10-15 minutes away (for some attractions you may need to change Dolmus in Kusadasi centre).
A Welcome Pack can be supplied at the villa for your arrival. This is a basic groceries pack providing bread, milk, eggs, cheese, tea, water, fruit, sugar, juice etc for when you arrive. Price: £15 per booking
