There are sea and mountain views from the top terraces. The villa is only a short bus ride from Kusadasi and only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Silver Sands Beach with many amenities. There are numerous beachside cafes, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance, and the nearby water park makes this villa a great place for a sunny beach holiday for all the family. |

Outdoors Large terrace with patio table/umbrella and six chairs, two sun bed lounges, 1 double swing chair. Garden area surrounds the villa. There are two swimming pools directly outside the villa.

A Welcome Pack can be supplied at the villa for your arrival. This is a basic groceries pack providing bread, milk, eggs, cheese, tea, water, fruit, sugar, juice etc for when you arrive. Price: £15 (18.75 EUR) per booking
