2 bedroom villa with open sea views, on a complex with a big communal pool. Panoramic sea views and amazing sunset from this lovely villa - pets allowed - sleeps 4 The villa is a 5 min. drive to Yalikavak center and 8 min. from Gumusluk. Parking facilities are close to the house. The villa has a lounge, kitchen/dining area, outside terrace and a downstairs washroom. On the 2-nd floor there are 2 bedrooms sharing the balcony, and a bathroom with shower. You enjoy sea views from all levels. Suitable for children. Car advised.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large wardrobe, chests of drawers etc. The other furnished bedroom has twin beds. becomes a 6 ft wide bed should you want this. Both bedrooms have balconies. The lounge and kitchen/dining area does not have AC but it is not needed because there is always a breeze. The lounge has two large 2-seater sofas, a TV/DVD. There is another bathroom on the first floor.
In the kitchen are a gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, and ironing facilites.
The property has PVC double glazed tilt and turn windows with mosquito nets, telephone and wireless internet are connected.
The location in the top row of the resort guarantees unobstructable sea views from all levels. The house is a corner location.
The villa is non-smoking. As the villa has a small corner garden, pets are allowed, but should not leave the boarders of the property.
