On site is a large communal swimming pool which is well maintained and includes sun lounging area with chairs and loungers. The pool also has a shower and changing room. Although the pool is communal, the other owners of the villa’s are generally wealthy mature couples from Istanbul who occasionally use their villas in the summer.

The villa is located in Torba. Torba is a small town set in a beautiful bay 15 minutes outside Bodrum and 30 km's from the airport, and has a wonderful restaurant, cafe and bar culture. Due to the positioning of the villa you have all of the convenience of Torba but in the peace and quiet surroundings of the villa and the site.
