The building :

The apart hotel has 7 storeys. It was built in 1998 and completely redecorated in 2004. The construction is earthquake safe. The hotel has an own well and is providing its own water. There are no water bills being paid. It has also an own trafo of 100 kVA and 28 solar panels on the roof for hot water. Throughout the season from May to end of October there is no money paid for electricity to provide hot water. The hotel is connected to the main drains.
